Itinerary

DAY 1 – ARRIVE ROME

Welcome to Italy! On arrival at Rome Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free or rediscover the Eternal City on the Illuminated tour of Rome (optional).

Overnight stay in ROME.

DAY 2 – ROME

Explore Rome on a 24hr hop on hop off tour. Explore the Eternal City at your own pace. See major sights such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican City, Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Palatine Hill, Piazza Venezia and lots more. You can extend your tour by adding an optional visit to Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.

Overnight stay in ROME.

DAY 3 – ROME – SALERNO – SORRENTO (2 HRS)

This morning travel by train from Rome to Salerno Station. This is the last station, after which you need to proceed on your own to your hotel in Sorrento. Spend the day relaxing by the crystal waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

DAY 4 – SORRENTO

Today enjoy a full day tour of Capri island. This tour combines a guided aspect with independent exploring, so you can get the most out of your trip. First, wander the island of Capri at your own pace, and then cruise the surrounding waters, taking in views of the area’s highlights including the famous grottos.

DAY 5 – SORRENTO – SALERNO – FLORENCE (4 HRS)

This morning travel back to Salerno Station for train to Florence. On arrival at Florence Station proceed on your own to your hotel. Enjoy a Hop On Hop Off Bus tour of Florence. Sit back and let your driver slowly take you along the winding country roads. See Piazalle Michaelangelo, Piazza del Duomo, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Roman amphitheater, to name just a few and of course the splendid paths and trails which lend themselves so well for trekking or strolling. Sunset is especially magical and quite romantic!

DAY 6 – FLORENCE

Today enjoy full day tour of Tuscany region. Explore art, history, countryside, food. Tuscany has it all.

Explore the city of Siena and the cathedral, and then take to the Chianti hills for a Tuscan lunch and wine tasting. Roam the streets of San Gimignano, and travel to Pisa to admire the architectural drama of Cathedral Square – home to the UNESCO-listed Leaning Tower of Pisa.

DAY 7 – FLORENCE – VENICE (2 ½ HRS)

Today, travel by train to Venice, the romantic city of Venice. The rest of the day is free, in the evening you have an opportunity to enjoy an optional tour of Gondola Serenade. Ride on Gondolas with musicians and singers as you pass by canals of Venice.

DAY 8 – VENICE

This morning you have time free for optional Walking tour tour of Venice. A pleasant walking tour through the most representative monuments of the unique city in the world! Later in the afternoon enjoy an excursion to Murano, Burano & Torcello Island. Visit the famous islands of Murano known worldwide for it’s exquisite glasswork, Burano for lace and Torcello for Venice’s first cathedral.

DAY 9 – VENICE – MILAN (2 ½ HRS)

Today, travel by train to Milan. Later in the afternoon, see popular sights of Milan on hop-on hop-off bus tour. See the iconic Milan Duomo and the famous opera house La Scala to get on and off as much as you like, the city of Milan is yours to discover.

DAY 10 – DEPART MILAN

Today check out as you are transferred to Milan Airport for your return flight. Thank you for visiting Italy!
